Our Building
Optima Business Park is an icon of suburban Dallas. The property features two adjacent buildings, the first built in 1978, the second in 1986, and a large parking garage to accommodate its offices. Both buildings were recently renovated and upgraded to keep them in tune with contemporary business needs. Our buildings bring together the heart of Dallas commerce and the serenity of its suburbs.
